3 cloves garlic, minced (or I just a couple of teaspoons from a jar of pre-minced garlic)
1/2 c vegetable oil (Canola or whatever you prefer)
2 T lemon juice
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Mix these ingredients in the bottom of your salad bowl. Add your salad ingredients: spinach, cherry tomatos, croutons, black olives, avocados, onions, etc. Stir just before serving.
