Oreo Balls

Super easy dessert to make.  Requires NO baking!  Good for throwing together in the summer when you don’t want to heat your kitchen up.

Kitchen items you will need:

  • cookie sheet
  • wax paper
  • bowl
  • blender

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 package regular oreos
  • 1 block cream cheese, room temperature
  • chocolate (or vanilla) almond bark

Chop Oreos up in the blender until ground fine.

Pour into bowl with cream cheese.  Mix until it holds together.  Roll into 1 inch balls and place on wax paper on cookie sheet.  (I have a small cookie scoop that I use to help keep the balls a bit more uniform but that is not necessary.) Put in fridge for about 30 minutes.

Melt almond bark in a bowl in the microwave and dip the balls in the almond bark and place back onto the wax paper. I usually just use a spoon to roll it around in the coating, but do whatever works for you!

They are ready to eat as soon as the almond bark sets up – about 5-10 minutes.
