California Chicken Spaghetti
This is a spicy dish and I hope you enjoy it!
Heat oil in teflon pan. Add chicken and all seasonings – be generous with the seasonings! They make the flavor really stand out. After the chicken is cooked through, add the two cans of tomatoes and heat for about 10 minutes, while the spaghetti is cooking.
Drain the spaghetti. Top each helping of spaghetti with chicken and sauce. You might also like some mozzarella cheese to top it off.
Serve with a nice side salad and maybe some warmed bread. Also goes well with a nice glass of Layer Cake! 😉
Ingredients:
16 oz thin spaghetti
2 cans diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning (for you Jesse, blender-ized)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablepoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon blackened seasoning
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
salt/pepper to taste
