This is a recipe that I got from Jesse! It is super easy, and super yummy. Thanks for sharing!
Put 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a crock pot.
Sprinkle on one package of taco seasoning, your choice.
Pour on one 16 oz jar of salsa, we prefer On The Border – Hot.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours (or on low for 8-10 hours). When done, pull the pieces from the crock pot and shred with two forks. Return to crock pot and stir.
Goes well with Zatarian’s Cilantro Lime Rice and refried beans. And of course, all of the Mexican go-withs should be included: black olives, purple onion, avocado, sour cream, jalapenos, shredded cheese, salsa, burrito shells, chips, etc.
Pairs nicely with cerveza!!
